Understand that nearly every religion started off with the intent to reform and be inclusive and anyone who doesn’t follow that, isn’t real. If people called only the violent, horrid arseholes “real Hindus” I’d be fucking mad, because that’s what they call themselves too. Its an insult to me as a real Hindu, and I’m sure real Christians like this pastors would be offended too.

I am also grateful for the good Christians that very much do exist, as I’m grateful for good Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, Jains, etc. Because nearly every one of these religions has a history of genocidal violence.
