I’ve seen these videos going viral for a while now, and while the videos are nice and show a lovely space for the animals. That’s actually not the reality.

We are always willing to talk deer, or stop in for a tour.

So, essentially, this is a farm that raises deer breeds of the highest quality, similar to what you probably know about puppy mills. Hunters all over the world look for the “pure bred” animals to hung up on their wall, and this is no different. The animals are having an open space, because as the above text states it, these animals are bred to die in hunting preserves (meaning, private places to hunt deer). The lovely animals you see in the several videos uploaded, are bred exclusively to be killed at the hands of hunters, either to be hung up on their wall as a symbol of their cruelty, or used as meat.

I am aware most people here don’t know this, and I doubt most of the people here would approve of what’s done. The people don’t state anything on their posts, possibly because they’ll know they’ll receive backlash, but just a couple of scrolls down their website or Facebook page will give you the information you need to know.

Boycott this horrible business. Speak up about this in social media, and please stop reblogging/sharing the videos. Whether you like it or not, you are promoting their business, a business that is based on nothing more but brutal killing and cruelty all around.

God damn it can we not have one magical thing? Like I reblogged two separate videos of these deer thinking this was a lovely nature preserve or something but really it’s just a damn deer farm. It was so beautiful and calm and now I’m just very sad.
