Um… unpopular opinion maybe, but you know what makes me really uncomfortable and feels sorta out of line?

When people turn like violent homophobia into bi erasure. Like when someone goes “I want all gays to die lets lock up homosexuals” and people on here go “not only is this homophobic, it’s also bi erasure!!” or even worse something like “haha what about bisexuals? do we only get HALF locked up?? Lol!!”

Like as a bi person myself what the fuck… I get bi erasure is an issue but why in the world would you see someone being violently hateful and bigoted and like… make THAT the time to talk about erasure… It seems like the most inappropriate time ever.

Same goes for people who bring up ace erasure and pan erasure etc. if someone is talking about how they hate gay people and wanna lock them up or kill them or take away their rights why would you EVER think that’s the right time to bring up “representation” and “visibility” or joke about your orientation not being recognized and shit like… Honestly….
