The thing that gets me about the whole James Charles thing is that increasingly it’s coming off more like “straight rights!” Rather than about someone exhibiting extremely predatory behavior. Even when Tati was going over what happened at her birthday dinner and how James was talking in a very sexual manner she says “I told him the waiter was straight” AS IF the waiters sexuality had anything to do with not wanting to be verbally sexually harassed! By anyone! Ever! I don’t understand why everyone is like STRAIGHT BOYS STRAIGHT BOYS when it should just be about James Charles making unwanted sexual advances and preying on people using money and power.

It’s the homophobia, he’s been racist and misogynistic and transphobic as hell and none of it mattered till he was innapropriate in a way that could be used to back up homophobic stereotypes
