Executive Dysfunction is talked about a lot in the sense that you dont manage to do the important things youre supposed to do like homework or chores but it applies to everything in life.

Ive been meaning to finish playing through Breath of the Wild for 3 years now

I once wanted to bake some pancakes but couldnt be bothered.

I literally feel dread when someone suggests watching a movie because even if i enjoy the movie it feels like a chore to sit through 2-3 hours of something.

Theres been times when Im literally not up to even mindlessly surf the internet and just stare into space and have to work up the mindset to scroll tumblr.

Its not just laziness its not just “inability to do hard things” it can apply even to things we love and enjoy doing.

Its not something you should feel bad about its a side effect of a lot of neurotypes.

Cherishing small victories like managing to make pancakes = free serotonin
