some of my favorite euphemisms I’ve said abt my adhd without actually saying “I have adhd”:

• clinically Unobservant™️
• brain doesn’t know to shut up
• I’m a magician in that I can make anything disappear forever
• Newton’s 1st Law to the extreme
• my last brain cell is doing the Macarena
• out of sight means out of mind, but in sight might not make it to the mind either
• a person you can trust to not tell a secret - bc I won’t remember
• my thoughts are flying balls and I can’t juggle
• 0.5 gig of RAM
