This is like one of those art house horror movies with symbolism I don’t understand except I understand what this is trying to convey perfectly holy crap
Same energy
Being in lockdown for a year makes this even more poignant or relatable. There are so many things beyond your control, so many things ‘not normal’, that you have to focus on what is under your control.
Taking things day by day, week by week, is the way I’ve been able to keep going. It’s doing things like making my bed, planning home cooked meals for the week, and enjoying simple pleasures like having the time to bake more often.
