Patroclus kills a man and is like “nice jump idiot”
@therainbowwillow yeah I’m not sure if that’s a side effect of Zeus pumping him up with divine adrenaline so he runs straight to Troys walls but I like to think Patroclus, for as much as he is shown to be a sensible, kind and well liked man, talks absolute shit on the battlefield like you wouldn’t believe.
I mean hell, one of the first things he says in the Iliad is when Nestor invites him to sit down and talk a while and Patroclus basically tells him “I can’t stay too long, one who is prideful and quick to anger sent me and you know how he can be. He may even become angry with one who is guiltless.” Which basically translates to “Can’t sit and chat, Achilles sent me and you know what an impatient asshole he is.”
